MORADABAD: A 22-yr-vintage man becomes arrested on Saturday for stealing a laptop, mobile phone, Rs 24,000 in coins, and jewelry from an aged NRI’s home here. Identified as Sameer, a resident of Asalatpura locality, the accused had befriended the seventy five-yr-antique Mohammad Zahid on Facebook. The accused has been diagnosed as Sameer, a resident of the Asalatpura locality. Sameer becomes charged with robbery and sent to jail.
Police stated Zahid, a resident of Nagfani locality, had filed an FIR saying that his 28-yr-antique Facebook friend whom he had met on Facebook four years ago had visited his house at 11:30 pm on Wednesday. Sameer claimed to be a resident of Lajpat Nagar locality.
Sammer requested the older adult for espresso. He insisted that each should have coffee. Zahid organized it, and both had it. Zahid fell subconsciously and did not wake up till four am in the morning. He located himself sure with a rope. When he tried to attain his cell in his pocket, he found it became lacking and so turned into the coins. Zahid’s domestic help, who arrived within the morning, launched him. They observed that Rs 24,000 in cash and gadgets have been lacking from the house.

Speaking with TOI, SHO, Nagfani police station, Dinesh Sharma, stated, “Zahid lives alone as all his three daughters are married and settled overseas; he was a civil engineer in Saudi Arabia.” During the investigation, police scanned Zahid’s name information and discovered that he and Sameer talked with each different for a long time.
